It was a blazingly hot Sunday afternoon. My turn to cook for lunch. Flo bought scorpionfish. Juan, the head chef of Can Traver suggested that I cook it in the oven with potatoes, onions and a bit of wine. After blazing myself in the kitchen, we sat on our terrace to savour the dish with a glass of wine.
Still recovering from the heat, I blurted out “Flo, in the future, could you please not buy this fish? it’s pretty hard to cook.” It was too late in swallowing those words back. I saw his disappointment. My bad!

Can you bite your tongue in time the next time you have a compliment? 🙂
Let’s more magic along the way!
