There are bountiful of benefits for not being angry – 1) feel better 2) focus better 3) love better….

I know it’s not easy. What your partner does or says can bring about frustration and thus anger. You either turn into a lion or crocodile ready to prey. You either turn into a smart cat or happy dog.  You either get mad or get laid. To not get mad quickly is a day to day challenge and in fact a character-building exercise. :-))

So how do we tackle this?

We know that laughter is the best medicine. Can I apply it to anger? After all, anger is poison to our body, mind and soul. Also, one cannot laugh and get angry at the same time. Why not choose to laugh it off?

  1. starting to feel furious
  2. hold your breath
  3. think of something funny
  4. laugh it off

I LAUGH YOU will fix it! (I love you)
